Launching his career in commercial real estate in 2009, Liam has been successful in negotiating transactions ranging from small office leases to large-scale industrial sales. Beginning with Lizotte & Associates, he then moved to Cushman & Wakefield in 2011, where he specialized mainly in Retail/Hospitality Sales and Leasing. In 2016, Liam joined the Realtors Association of Edmonton and RE/MAX to continue in residential and commercial real estate sales, development and leasing. Liam’s extensive knowledge of the local market and his drive to succeed sets him apart in the industry.
Prior to working in real estate, Liam had over 15 years experience building client relationships. His ability to understand his clients and their needs will ensure exceptional service and positive experience. Liam has built his reputation through hard work, attention to detail and loyalty. He always sets his expectation high and his impeccable dedication and professionalism have proven key to his success.
Liam’s beliefs in integrity, honesty and determination have led him down a very enriched and gratifying path, one that has allowed him to contribute to the local community in numerous ways. He is very proud of his association with the Children’s Miracle Network, to which he donates a portion of every transaction he completes. When he has down time, Liam likes to spend time with friends and his dog “Angus”. Liam loves downhill and water skiing, travel, hiking and mountain biking. He is also a classic car enthusiast and loves to hit the road on his prized Kawasaki Ninga ZX1200.
