Launching his career in commercial real estate in 2009, Liam has been successful in negotiating transactions ranging from small office leases to large-scale industrial sales. Beginning with Lizotte & Associates, he then moved to Cushman & Wakefield in 2011, where he specialized mainly in Retail/Hospitality Sales and Leasing. In 2016, Liam joined the Realtors Association of Edmonton and RE/MAX to continue in residential and commercial real estate sales, development and leasing. Liam's extensive knowledge of the local market and his drive to succeed sets him apart in the industry.
